Option	Purpose
Aperu avant impression	View the report on screen. You can print the report by clicking on the printer icon located on the toolbar. There is also an export icon to export the report to: PDF Word Excel RTF Plain text HTML Open Office Writer Open Office Calc
E-mail as Attachment	Select this option to render the report into any of the document formats listed in the Export... section below. The report will be created and displayed. You will be prompted to select a recipient for the e-mail. Note: The recipients of any such e-mails will need the appropriate viewer to open the attachment.
