How to do a full reinstall of KHS

Please follow these instructions to do a full reinstall of KHS:

  1. Before proceeding, save your most recent KHS backup file to your Desktop
  2. Uninstall KHS from Windows using Add or remove programs
  3. Delete the C:\Majestic Software\KHS folder  (this step is important)
  4. Click here to Download KHS – (if this link does not work, visit our web site to start the download)
  5. When the download is finished, click Open file or go to the Downloads folder and run KHS_Setup.exe
  6. On the Install Options screen, select NEW INSTALL
  7. Click Next
  8. Click Install
  9. Start KHS and enter the required information (name, email address, etc.)
  10. When prompted if you are a registered user, click Yes
  11. When prompted to restore from a backup, click Yes and select the backup saved to your Desktop
