How to transfer data from Hourglass App

Export from Hourglass App

  1. Visit https://app.hourglass-app.com/ and login
  2. Ensure you are using Hourglass v2
  3. Click Congregation > Profile & Permissions and ensure E2E Encryption is DISABLED
  4. Click Congregation > Export
  5. Download the hourglass-export file to your Downloads folder

 

Import into KHS

  1. Open KHS
  2. Go to Import or Export
  3. Under Import, select Hourglass
  4. Your data will now import
