Import a Data Exchange file

The following explains how to import data into your copy of KHS from other brothers using KHS in your congregation.

1. Save the Data Exchange file to your Desktop or Downloads folder
2. Go to the Import or Export screen
3. Under Import, click Data Exchange
4. KHS will restart
5. On launch, it will detect the file and prompt if you want to import it
6. Select the schedules you want to import 
7. Click Continue

Note: If a schedule is not listed, the brother did not include it in the exchange. Ask him to send another that includes that data.
