- If you are new to KHS, select the NEW INSTALL option to install a 60-day trial.
- If you are already a user and need to repair your copy of KHS, select the REINSTALL option.

Important note:There's an error in Parallels involving the share Mac folders with Windows feature that can prevent KHS from importing data from backup files. This only happens once after Windows is initially installed. Disabling (and optionally re-enabling) the share Mac folders with Windows feature should resolve this issue. Click the following link for instructions explaining how to do so.
