Importing data from another KHS user in your congregation

If someone else in your congregation already uses KHS they can share the congregation data with you using the Data Exchange.

He'll go to Data Exchange > Export Data, select your name and check the box next to the schedule(s) you need, then click continue. This will generate an email with a KHS Data Exchange.khs file containing the selected schedules and instructions explaining how to import the file.
