Export a Data Exchange file

The following explains how to export data from your copy of KHS to share with other brothers using KHS in your congregation.

  1. Go to the Import or Export screen
  2. Under Export, click Data Exchange
  3. Check the names of KHS users you want to email a Data Exchange file
  4. To add new KHS users, click the plus + in the lower left corner or Invites to invite brothers to install KHS
  5. On the right side of the screen, check which schedules you want to email to each selected KHS user
  6. Click Continue to email the Data Exchange files to the selected KHS users
