The following instructions detail how to exchange the Life and Ministry Schedule but you can apply these instructions to exchanging Congregation Persons, Field Service Reports, Emergency Contacts, Public Speakers, Public Talk Schedule, Duties (AV Schedule), etc.
Export the Life and Ministry Schedule to NWS:
- Open KHS
- Go to the Import or Export screen
- Under Export, click NW Schedule (KHS to NWS)
- Click Continue - a file will be saved to your Desktop
- Close KHS
- Open NWS
- Go to the Congregation screen (look for the Home icon)
- Click Import or Export
- Click Life and Ministry Schedule
- Select from KHS
- Click Select Data File and select the file exported from KHS from your Desktop
- Click Import from KHS
Import the Life and Ministry Schedule from NWS:
- Open NWS
- Go to the Congregation screen (Home icon)
- Click Import or Export
- Under Export, click Congregation
- Select for KHS
- Click Save - a file will be saved to your Desktop
- Click No when prompted to open the file just exported
- Exit NWS
- Open KHS
- Go to the Import or Export screen
- Under Import, click NW Scheduler (NWS to KHS)
- When prompted What do you want to import?, check Life and Ministry
- Click Continue
