1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

   1. FSG Mobile does not collect or send any personal information to Majestic Software. When you send a monthly report to your secretary via email, the data is Zipped and Encrypted and can only be opened by the copy of KHS licensed to the secretary.
   2. Monthly reports are NEVER sent to Majestic Software.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

   FSG Mobile does not use or connect to any third-party services.

3. SECURITY

   Any data you enter into FSG Mobile is protected by the security of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

4. THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

   If you are a resident of the EEA, FSG Mobile complies with the GDPR.
