The following instructions demonstrate how to upload data from KHS to NWS.
Export from KHS:
- Open KHS
- Go to the Import or Export screen
- Under Export, select NWS Desktop
- Click Continue - a file will be saved to your Desktop
- Close KHS
Upload to NWS:
- Open NWS Desktop
- Go to the Congregation screen (look for the Home icon)
- Click Import or Export
- Click Life and Ministry Schedule (an example of a schedule you can import)
- Select from KHS
- Click Select Data File and select the KHS export file you saved to the Desktop
- Select any other schedules you wish to import into NWS Desktop
- Click Import from KHS
