How to transfer data from TSWIN

Export the data from TSWin

1. Open TSWin
2. Click File > Export or Import > Export to XML
3. Select Active Publishers, click the ‘Select All’ button, then click OK
4. Repeat Step 2, then select Inactive Publishers, click the ‘Select All’ button, then click OK
5. Repeat Step 2, then select Non-publishers > click the ‘Select All’ button, then click OK

Import TSWin data into KHS

1. Open KHS
2. Go to Import or Export
3. Under Import, select TSWin
4. Navigate to C:\TSwin\Exports, select Active.xml, then click OK
5. KHS will import the data from all three xml files
