Find Speaker (Change Outline) | Displays a list of your approved outgoing speakers and their outlines. The selected speaker and outline will be returned to the outgoing schedule. If a speaker is already assigned, displays available outlines for the speaker. |
Add (Save) |
Add additional blank dates to the end of your schedule or insert a single blank date where needed. When you change any value on the schedule, this button will be used to Save the changes. |
Delete (Undo) |
Delete an unscheduled date. When you change any value on the schedule, this button can be used to Undo the changes. |
Rapports | Select a report from the menu list. |
Dplacer | Move a scheduled speaker to a new date. |
Annuler | Cancel the selected outgoing speaker. |
Auto assigner | Launches a screen to automatically assign chairman, reader, and host (if applicable). The program tracks when a brother was last used for an assignment and rotates the brothers automatically. You can also make adjustments to the rotation of chairman, reader, and host assignments. |
Assignments | Opens a menu allowing you to edit the list of brothers used for the Chairman, WT reader, or hospitality assignments |

Date | Date the public talk is scheduled to be given. A pop-up calendar can be accessed by clicking the button next to the date field. |
Orateur | Select the name of the public speaker to be scheduled |
De | Name of the congregation where the speaker is from. |
Plan | Talk number to be scheduled for the selected date. |
Prsident | First and last name of the chairman. If you enter a new name, the New Name dialog will appear so you can enter additional information about the brother. |
Lecteur TG | First and last name of the Watchtower Reader. If you enter a new name, the New Name dialog will appear so you can enter additional information about the brother. |
Hôte | Name of the service group or congregation member who will provide a meal top the visiting speaker and his family.Note: Click the Host label to select field service groups or congregation members as the Host Type. If you do not normally post the host assignments, you can remove the host name from the Public Talks report at the time of printing. |
Titre | Title of the talk to be given. Normally the title field will be pre-populated based on the outline number entered in the outline field. However, you can enter special events in this field like: Circuit Assembly, Regional Convention, Special Talk, etc. If you leave the Outline field blank in these cases, the Auto-Assign tool will not schedule the chairman, reader, or host assignments. Note: A built-in macro will automatically convert a double dash to an Em Dash (a very long dash "—"). This is a useful feature when you need to hand enter a talk title that includes the Em Dash character. Simply type a double dash "--" and the macro will convert the double dash to an Em Dash "—". |
Confirm | Check this box when you have confirmed this assignment with the speaker. When a talk is unconfirmed, the text displayed on the outgoing talk list will appear as purple italic text. When confirmed, the text will appear as black text. |
Reste pour manger | Check this box when the assigned speaker has confirmed he will be staying for a meal following the meeting. Notes This field is useful for entering any comments about the assignments for this date that may be helpful to you later. Note: When scheduling a Circuit Overseer this field is used to record the title of his concluding talk to the congregation. |
Right-Click option | You can right-click any assigned incoming talk date for a list of menu options displayed when you click the More menu option. |

Ajouter | By default, the program creates one blank date per week when using the Add New Dates function discussed above. This button can be used to add additional duplicate dates to schedule two or more of your local brothers out on the same date. |

When the CO and his wife move onto their next assignment simply change the names on the Speakers screen to the new circuit overseer.
