Tip: To change the display order of the outlines, click on any of the three column header labels. The selected column where appear with a light grey background indicating the sort order:

| Esboo | O número do esboço desse discurso foi inserida ou alterada. |
| Ttulo | The title of the outline. Note: A built-in macro will automatically convert a double dash to an Em Dash (a very long dash "—"). This is a useful feature when you need to hand enter a talk title that includes the Em Dash character. Simply type a double dash "--" and the macro will convert the double dash to an Em Dash "—". |
| ltima Vez Feito | The date the outline was last given at your congregation. KHS will automatically update this field when you make incoming talk assignments. Outgoing talk assignments are ignored. |
| Reviso | The date the outline was last revised. Enter this date in the following format: mm/yy (ex. 06/04 for June 2004) |
| Tema | Select a subject theme from the drop-down list. |
