Screen Setup |
Click this button to hide or unhide various schedules. |
Data Wipe |
Click this button to delete data from your database. This utility is useful if you move to a new congregation and need to wipe out some or all of your previous data and schedules. Note: Use this screen only when you need to delete the data for an entire schedule. If you select Congregation Members, all other schedule will be checked since the names of the members are used on all other schedules in the program. If you confirm the delete of some or all schedules, the data will be permanently deleted. |

Send Options |
CC these addresses - CC is an abbreviation for Carbon Copy. If you add email addresses to this box, a copy of all outgoing email messages will be sent to these email addresses, and the email addresses will be visible to other recipients of the message. You may list multiple email addresses separated by comma's. BCC these addresses - Bcc is an abbreviation for Blind Carbon Copy. If you add email addresses to this box, a copy of all outgoing email messages will be sent to these email addresses, and the email addresses will NOT be visible to other recipients of the message. You may list multiple email addresses separated by comma's. Tip: If not using Outlook, add your own email address so you have a copy of all "Sent" email. |

Select 25, 50, or 100 from this dropdown to configure how many Bcc email addresses KHS will combine in a single outgoing email. Set this to maximum number of emails your mail provider accepts for Bcc messages before flagging your message as SPAM. Gmail accounts often require a smaller count like 25 or 50. |
Test Account |
Click this button to test your settings. The program will confirm if the test email could be sent. Note: If you are testing SMTP and receive the error: "502 Command is locally disabled.", try removing the User Name field and retest. The User Name field is sometimes optional for SMTP and may remain blank if required to work with your provider. |
E-mail Templates |
Click this button to open the E-mail Templates screen. Click Restore Default to restore the selected template to the factory settings. |
