| Reports | Print a Public Witnessing schedule for the Information Board. |
| Reminders | Send reminder e-mails to those assigned for Public Witnessing for the currently selected week (Monday through Sunday). |
| Toolbar | Purpose |

| Date | The date of the Public Witnessing assignment. |
| Assignment | Select the type of assignment: Literature Cart, Stand, Table, Kiosk, or Informal Witnessing |
| Location | Select the location for the assignment. You can hand-enter a new location not yet in the dropdown list. You can also click the Info icon to delete a previously entered location. |
| Start - End | Select the start - end time for the assignment. You can hand-enter a new start - end time not yet in the dropdown list. You can also click the Info icon to delete a previously entered start - end time. |
| Publishers | Select up to three publishers. You must first determine which publisher are approved for Public Witnessing on the Congregation - Used For screen. |
